Long time i wrote...
I've never written often...
Today i'm tired and sad.

But nowadays it's mostly good.
Gotten effective medicine.
I've got more energy. Got pills for that!!!

Not so much angst... or, I can handle it.

Thats it, I can handle things better.
Acctualy I've regain some of my former selfdestructiv thoughts, but I can handle it better.

A little bit more order, and a little less apati.

Last week she called the police on him. He didn't open the door then, so the policemen had to come in to us and climb from our balcony to their...

then we hear them talk to the policemen, (they didn't close the balconydoor) he had been to jail before...

Shall I call the police? He are shouting on her, calling her all sorts of names. I looked through the door and thought I saw him slap her in her face...

Now I know I can't sleep...
