neighbours fighting

The neigbours are fighting again...
Last week she called the police on him. He didn't open the door then, so the policemen had to come in to us and climb from our balcony to their...

then we hear them talk to the policemen, (they didn't close the balconydoor) he had been to jail before...

Shall I call the police? He are shouting on her, calling her all sorts of names. I looked through the door and thought I saw him slap her in her face...

Now I know I can't sleep...

What to do?
